- What exactly does 5% cover?
- Parki's 5% fee covers the platform, dashboard, enforcement tools, QR code generation, and ongoing support. Square processing fees are passed through separately at cost — we don't mark them up.
- Is there a monthly minimum?
- Yes. Parki has a minimum monthly billing amount. If your 5% revenue share doesn't meet the minimum, the difference is billed. Contact us for details.
- What are the Square processing fees?
- All Parki transactions are card-not-present (online): 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction. These are passed through at cost — we don't mark them up.
- What about chargebacks?
- Chargeback defense is a key Parki differentiator. We collect plate photos, GPS coordinates, and timestamps on every transaction and fight disputes on your behalf. Recovered revenue is split between you and Parki.
- How long does setup take?
- Most lot owners are up and running in under 30 minutes. Configure your rates, connect Square, and we ship your sign package.
- Do I need special hardware?
- No. Parki is entirely QR-code-based. Drivers use their own phones. You just need signage with QR codes, which we provide.
- What's included in the sign package?
- Every lot gets a professional sign package with weather-proof QR code signage, designed for easy installation. It's included with your Parki setup.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can stop using Parki with notice per your agreement terms.
